Possesseur d'une débroussailleuse depuis trois ans, j'en suis très satisfait et n'ai eu aucun problème. J'ai acquis récemment un taille haie de 66 cm dont je suis également satisfait mais que je trouve un peu lourd à l'usage avec une batterie de 4 Ah. Je vais le tester avec une batterie moins puissante et moins lourde.

Trying to register a snowblower by going to the website. As a new user, I registered an account, or so I thought. When I went to register the product, the form said the serial number had to start with an E. But the serial number on the machine started with N. So I called customer service. The person said my account hadn't populated, even though I said I received a welcome email after starting the account. The rep said she could enter my account. I gave her all the information, having to spell out my entire email, which I think she misheard because I never got the promised email from her to upload my receipt. I have to call back tomorrow to do this all over because now the customer service center is closed. So I hope the machine works better than the registration process. Not off to a good start. I'm not a fan of all online stuff, but I'd heard good things about the product. We shall see.

Re: Extremely poor customer service EGO Power & String Trimmer Model# ST1500SF Serial# NST11243913719 This past August I purchased, from Amazon, the EGO string trimmer noted above. Upon receipt, I registered it as per instructions. When I was putting away the trimmer last week, I noted that I was missing the two (2) hexagon socket screws [part# 5620216003?] and string washers [part# 5650012?] which attach the guard to the trimmer. On Thursday, October 23 I called customer service. I spoke to one lady who took the information including model number, where purchased, missing parts. After numerous back-and-forth discussions, I was told that I could not receive the needed pieces since “proof of purchase was absent”. I then spoke to a gentleman who was her supervisor. Again, I reviewed the problem, missing parts, purchase information, reviewed attachments [scans] from Amazon regarding the trimmer. After more than two hours on the phone and sending seven (7) emails with attachments as requested, the supervisor said I did not document that I purchased the above trimmer from Amazon, I had paid for it, and therefore was not entitled to receive the screws and springs as needed/requested.

NO customer service. Impossible to contact. Avoid!

I purchased a 765 Handheld Blower late 2024. I used it for normal yard work, and it worked great for almost a year. Then it stopped. Called customer service and was told to take it to the nearest service center 38 miles away. Dropped it off last week and was just told it'll be at least another week (or whenever they get the parts). I always thought you get what you pay for. I paid $300+ for this thing thinking it'll last, and I still find myself running my ECHO gas blower. What the HECK???

Battery for my $600 ego mower died after 3 years and 5 months. Mower only used perhaps 30 times, during that time, totally approximately 30-35 hours. It actually began losing charge at the three year 2 month mark, which coincidentally is two months past the end of the warranty period. Customer service was unhelpful rude, and from another country, so I could barely understand her.. They were unable to even offer a replacement battery, except paying full retail price, which is $439! So, please avoid purchasing EGO products, they make their money off batteries so they are only built to last a lilttle past trhe warranty period.

I have a chainsaw that I barely use and after a year, the battery dies 30 seconds into cutting wood on a "full" battery. Called Ego multiple times and they are refusing to replace the tool/battery or to even acknowledge they are at fault. The battery has a 3 year warranty and I registered it day 1. Customer service has also been quite rude on the phone as well. DO NOT BUY.
