An absolute scam of an app. Continues charging you after you delete everything, and “as per policy” doesn’t send you reminders before your subscription is due to renew, thereby relying on people forgetting and it being renewed when of course they apparently don’t offer refunds. Given your app is marketed towards people with ADHD this feels gross and specifically designed to exploit issues neurodivergent people face, you’ve had £107.98 off me before I realised, even though I had deleted everything, I never even went forward using the app. Avoid.

I never used your app or services and when I noted that I was subscribed somehow and you were charging me $219.99 I reached out to you for a cancelation and refund 2 days after the charge appeared (that's when I saw the email) and you said you don't give anyone a refund! You guys are scamming people and I hope someone reads this and it helps them to not be fooled by your poor app and customer service

automatic renewal without any approval, you try to book a session with a coach, and no one shows up. Staff is disrespectful when you try to get that fee cancelled. Shady business and to be honest the app is CRAP

Never even heard of effecto let alone subscribed to them. Bank contacted me and cancelled the payment which was taken at 5.20 am funny that since I was asleep. Absolute scam and now I have to have a new card. Theives and scammers. Your reply is a joke hiw am i supposed to give you an order number for something I didn't order and if you think I would give you any personal details you are deluded!!!

SCAM! As appeared I have become a member of Effecto app without being aware until my bank processed $79.99. Withing first day of the transaction I contacted customer service of Effecto asking to cancel the membership and refund the fee. Effecto immediately responded that they are happy to cancel it but no refund will be issued so enjoy the service for 3 more months. I explained any custumer in USA has 3 days to apply for refund after a transaction. Their response was Sorry but enjoy 3 more months while the money are applied already towards it but we canceled your membership for future. FULL SCAM THE EFFECTO APP!

Took money out of my account without my permission and knowledge, went to bank to check what company took it out but couldn't tell me, 1st September took $66 then $159 on same day by Medical Score , and on 1st thing happened, this time Medical score sent me a confirmation email, they have refund 1st October but not the money from 1st September
