After emailing this company various times and getting in touch with my bank to try and recover funds of over £220 taken from my bank account i have failed to receive a refund. I have copied all the negative comments from here and emailed them to this company who were shocked apparently. Absolute lie as they are answering these comments on here. I am a single mother who has adhd and decided not to take on this app. Apparently though it was ok to take my hard earned money over an 8 month period for the sum of £220 and have refused point blankley to provide me with a refund. People are cancelling subscriptions and still being charged through their banks. This company should not be trading and are a 0ack of complete liars. Pensioners and the vulnerable people in our society are being scammed by them as we are not using their app but they still take our money and refuse to refund.WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS APP or you could be billed hundreds of pounds and have NO HOPE of a refund. It beggers belief that this app is supposed to help neurodivergent people when actually it is causing so many people mental health issues. Effecto you should be ashamed of yourselves.
