Skeptical of diagnosis but I’m very excited to try this
I’m very excited to try this, though medically trained, I do not believe in ADD or ADHD. Just that so much of this sounds like me. I would have said 5 stars but for all up-sells after purchase that make me me even more skeptical. I did buy the sleep help upgrade as that is a concern due to the fact I do not produce melatonin and my body rejects supplemental forms. I feel on or two up-sells would be far more efficient especially for those with low attention spans.(before any help has been given, or results produced). Just putting that out there.
