I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses from efe. I love them all. The quality of each is great. The last pair i ordered arrived but the color was much different than the picture on their web site. I contacted efe customer service and an arrangement to correct my order was quickly and easily made. I highly recommend efe for the excellent customer service and the quality of the glasse all at a very reasonable price.

Ordered my glasses and received with-in about a week and a half, my initial order submitted was incorrect, reached out and customer service promised to correct for a minor charge, which they did!!! Great overall experience.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I have received from your team and more specifically, Amos. Your recent email was not only thoughtful but demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I am truly impressed by your generosity in allowing me to keep or dispose of the previous pairs of glasses at my convenience, sparing me the hassle of arranging a return shipment. This gesture reflects a level of customer care that is rare and very much appreciated. Additionally, your willingness to remake my glasses to my exact specifications and ship them free of charge is a testament to your dedication to quality and excellence. The entire process has been seamless, and your proactive communication has made me feel valued as a customer. Your team has exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for your professionalism and support throughout this experience.
