From a seven-year efaxer …
I have been an efaxer for seven years and I have had very good experience of their service . First of all you through efax, have an authentic fax number that is a must for many businesses. You can send and receive fax through your browser in any situation , even in the middle of your trip in the airport. I also like the log of transmissions : I could find all my sent and received faxes archived there. The electronic phonebook of efax is another useful tools there. efax support team is the one of the other advantages of efax : they are continuously with you to solve you problem or fulfill your request . I recently learned from one of the support team, Nicoleta, how to send fax just by sending an email. This can be useful in some situations : for example you have a satellite phone in an uncovered area, you can send and receive Emails but have no access to web through your satellite phone. You still can send important messages through this option .
