The app works very well but I had a BIG PROBLEM paying for 2 months $18.99 each after the Free Trial. When I called looking for a refund the agent was very helpful and willing, but apparently, he did not have the authority to give refunds... If the value, you put on a customer is $18.99x2... then I don't want to do business with you...
