Hello Lisa, This is not the impression we wish for you to have. With the eFax service, you may send and receive all faxing documents directly from the eFax website, all registered emails on file and the mobile App available for iOS and Android devices. You do not require the use of the Messenger application as this is an added feature you may use on your desktop. Please ensure if you do wish to continue using Messenger that you are running the latest version available on Windows 7, 8 or 10 at https://www.efax.ca/efax-help-center/efax-messenger/download-efax-messenger. If you have any questions in regards to sending faxes or utilizing the service, please message the Social Team directly at [email protected] and they will be happy to address any concerns you are having.
