Hello Victoria, This is certainly not the impression we wish for you to have and I can assure you that we are assisting our customers globally throughout this ongoing pandemic. We currently provide direct online cancellations for all Canadians and U.S monthly account holders. We provide 24/7 phone and live chat support, in addition to email, mobile App & Social Support. Our call volume has been higher than normal as a result of COVID but we continue to offer uninterrupted service. https://www.efax.com/contact Once an account has been cancelled, all access to the website portal and mobile App ceases including access to archived faxes and the ability to reset ones password. This must all be disabled for security purposes. Upon closure of the service, it is advised to ensure that all archived faxes are backed up as they shall be purged upon account closure. A reference number should have been provided to you during the chat cancellation and then an email confirmation is sent to your primary billing email within 24 hours of the closure for your records.
