I have just finished speaking to Diana Mihoc about a fax account that I have had for many years. It was a pleasure talking to her. She was helpful, professional and dealt with my case perfectly. She did not rush and explained everything clearly and with good humour. It was a conversation that left me feeling properly looked after, and eFax, you are fortunate to have someone like Diana working for you.
