Service was excellent
Mohd (Moe) was excellent. He responded professionally to my concerns and addressed each one in a way that was clear and I fully understood the situation. He was pleasant, clear and helpful. If every company had such good customer service people, businesses would be much better. You are fortunate to have him. Thank you and I thank him!

Disappointed
To be honest, I thought my subscription to Myfaxes was cancelled over a year ago. Behold i see a charge on my Bank statement that made me look further into them and discovered i been charged for about 1 year. They said they will refund me for1 month. In 3 to 10 weeks. They didn't take that long to charge my account for over a year. Pauline was helpful, thank you. My lesson learned automatic withdrawels are Evil. read your bank statments folks. I lost over $180. Their services were great when i was using it.
