Moe was very professional
Moe was very professional, helpful and provided me with great customer service. I was trying to get my account cancelled, and he was still very pleasant and took care of it with a refund while I was on the phone. Thank you Moe. If I ever need a fax service in the future, I will be back. Sue Anne

Great customer service
The customer service representative Joke was very helpful and professional. I had to cancel my membership due to some changes, and he was courteous and provided me with several alternative plans to consider. Although I closed the account at this moment, I would definitely consider to re-active my account if situation changes on my end.

OLD eFax Account Holder
I've had an eFax account for over 20 years. It was one of the original "free" accounts for occasional use. At some point, I was moved to one of the pay accounts. Over the years, as technology changed, I found I didn't use eFax to receive as many faxes and yet, the prices kept going up. When it hit $17/month, I objected and they offered to drop the price. However, without my notice, this price went back up. I reached out to eFax again and had the price dropped - again. Recently, the price went back up and FINALLY, I was able to convince Joke that since I only received one page in the past billing cycle, I could not justify spending $13 - $17 a month. Joke informed me that there was a $5/month 30-page receipt limit plan and I accepted that. Of course, my question now is, "Why the hell did no one at eFax offer me that before?"

Hello GFS. WE understand your frustration. You have to realize the cost of operating a large network is increasing. The $5.00 plan offered to retain your business, is just that, a retention plan.
