I have had nothing but a great experience with eFax. They are very reasonably priced, very efficient in providing technical support, if it is ever even necessary. It has only been needed by me to assist me with logging into my account because I forgot my log in information!!! lol! It is really easy to use and I just love it. Not sure how I managed without it before!!

I had a large fax that wasnt going through no matter what I did, so I called customer care at 1:30 a.m. and received very friendly help. we went thru all the necessary steps to figure it all out, and all we needed to do was log out and sign back in. The fax machine I was sending to is busy 24/7 so efax does that work for me, an hour later I got the confirmation email that it went thru. Imagine babysitting your fax for over an hour in the middle of the night!! Thanks efax
