My concern for food safety was never addressed. I sent an email to edible arrangements costumer service relating to the fact a unmarked, normal car was the vehicle that arrived as well as an un uniformed edible arrangements employee to deliver my order. I wouldn't be so upset about this unprofessionalism if it only happened to me once (happened twice) and the fact the site tracking describes the type of vehicle to expect, and it definitely didn't describe a regular sedan.

Scam. It’s just like the reviews said you transfer them the money and then they want to charge you more money four a insurance deposit. Worst piece of crap ever. If I could say more words I would a friend directed me to McDavin Dispensary (mcdavindispensary. com) great quality products and great customer service all in one place now i can get wht i need anytime just sharing my experience to help others

First time ordering from this website. They delivered my mother's day order but the balloon was missing. No customer service and no reply from my email. Will not buy from this website again... Don't buy from this website...

Stop ordering from this company, a total RIP off . How can you sell a everyday item for a specific price , just because its mothers day the item is unavailable, but the exact same thing by another name is $20.00 more , The store on Old Court Rd in Baltimore Md says that it was ordered from Coperate that they cant sell everyday items, they have to sell the same thing by a different name for $20.00 or $30.00 more be very careful you dont get taken advantage of by this company

I paid $$$ for a birthday delivery from store #225 to be made YESTERDAY. Lo and behold, nothing arrived to the recipient. And of course, today all I get when I call is a STUPID RECORDING trying to sell me something. All the tracking email shows is "order confirmed." Then...nothing. I got no email saying there was a problem nor did I receive a phone call. And I provided an email and my cell phone number. The recipient never got a call or message either...and I provided her number too. They just took my money. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER.

I ordered from a Massapequa NY store and they did not deliver or verify that they did so, what makes the matter worse is that the receipient subsequently died which made a tragic situation worse. I report my complaint to the Headquarters of Edible received # 1963892 and have not had a follow up. I will now stop payment with the credit card company. Poor handling of a situation on both the franchisee and company. I this point I will not order from them again, so they have hurt other franchisees.

The fruit was fresh and the chocolate dipping was yummy. Unfortunately we were left with a massive pile of garbage after eating it. Blocks of foam and about 50 plastic sticks, not to mention the basket and the plastic wrap. Really unfortunate they couldn't use wood sticks and something that was compostable or recyclable
