Most horrible experience ever! Customer service reads a script and cannot get a hold of a local store for 8 hours on a day they are open?!? Don’t waste your money on over priced cookie cutter fruit that you can do at home for significantly cheaper. Way to ruin someone day by not delivering.

If there was an option of 0 stars- that would be my pick. Ordered birthday edible arrangement paid extra for delivery, they charged me >100$ and NEVER delivered! Many emails and 45 min listening to their happiness answering machine- and no reply!:( So disappointed, it was meant to be a nice gesture for a family member on her birthday in Colorado (Fort Collins) as her family are all in Europe. Edible arrangement simply stole my money… and do not even bother to reply, worst experience ever!! #fraud #stealing #disappointing

I placed an order for Valentine's Day at 9am at the Orange City, Fl location. I was told that the order would be delivered by 9pm that day. I work out of town and wanted to surprise her with something special on this special day. Around 8:30pm she received a phone call from the delivery driver that the order would not be filled until the next day. The surprise was ruined by calling her, not me, and the whole day was ruined by notifying someone so late in the day so other arrangements could be made. This is not the first time that this location has messed up an order that I placed. I ordered something for her birthday, and it was delivered but the order was missing items. I understand that a holiday is a very busy day for them and if an order cannot be delivered then they need a better system to notify their customers before 8:30pm on the day it is supposed to be delivered. I did contact corporate to notify them about the issue and was told that the is nothing they could do about the situation. Corp just says that the owner of the store will contact me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from the owner and it has been a week. This is horrible company to do business with.

My bf ordered something to be delivered on Valentines Day. It didn't make it. He called with no answer. That night received an apology email with offers of a free add on, no delivery fees and a $70 in store credit. Great! But it is now two days later, so haven't received anything. He cannot get through to the store via phone, and his emails aren't being answered. I'm very disappointed. Edible Arrangements, they had previously done great for us. But seems they had some major fulfillment issues over VDay that makes you not want to use them. Do better. Get better scheduling system and better staffing at these busy times.

I ordered an Edible arrangement gift like at 7am before the store even opened, for someone special for Valentine’s Day. Paid well over $100, with the hopes that it would arrive on time and they would get the gift no later the end of the day. I had been checking with my friend all day to see if they had received the gift, and called ..waited over an hour after finally hanging up whenever I tried to call the store to inquire as to the status. I even made multiple attempts throughout the day to call without ever even talking to anyone. I had received an email right after my initial order was placed stating the order had been received, along with an order number. I also received a notification from my bank that the money from Edible Arrangements had been withdrawn from my account! Finally, at 6:43pm, after the store is supposedly closed, I received a notification the the gift was delivered! But it was NOT delivered to my house/address! So someone got free edible fruit at my expense, while I’m outside looking all around like a fool trying to see if maybe I kissed where they might have placed it! So I called the store next day, poured my heart and sob story to some girl (maybe representative) who said she ‘d have her manager call me. Guess what, I never received a call! The next day (3rd day since order placed) I called again and was placed on terminal hold again! I gave up! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I would highly suggest better places to go , where the customer service actually care! If I were the company, I would try to make things right! I’m not even sure if I’m even going to get my dang money back! I hope my neighbors enjoyed the fruit!

es la primera ves que solicito este servicio y la ultima frustración garantizada el servicio es pesimo,se que el 14 estan saturados lo entiendo era para mi esposa,y lo recibi el 16 despues de las 5 ya se habia ido mi esposa y yo lo recibi me daban ganas de sacar todo mi veneno pero no es culpa del repartidor final de cuentas, no lo recomiendo para nada ojala y les hagan lo mismo,tendre que tirar su fruta se pasan y solo te contesta una maquina y no puedes cancelar lo peor

Spent over $100; ordered Sunday, 2/13 to make sure my brother got a gift for his 60th birthday. Was not delivered. Didn't get it the 2nd day or the 3rd. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to my calls/texts, etc. This was the Laguna Hills, Ca store. Unreal experience.
