Lack of customer service, slow shipping and high prices. No thanks.
I have placed orders in the past with this company. They arrived very quickly and the prices were fair. I recommended them to a family member as well. The last order I placed sat for 5 days. No shipment no communication. Every time I reached out for an update was given the same automated response. The order would arrive in 2-8 days. Canceled my order and will not be placing any future orders with this company. They have raised all their prices which is now the same as department stores. I will stick to shopping local.

Ordered 2 Redken 23 hairsprays
Ordered 2 Redken 23 hairsprays. After ordering, was notified there was none. Hoping I dont get any shipping charges, but if I do, I will raise $&@@ with this company!!
