I appreciated the product array and the ease of finding the brand I was looking for. The sale was significant and made the decision to order this needed product from eCosmetics a simple decision.

I have been a loyal customer and have spent over $1000 this year already. But today left a bad taste in my mouth when I received an email stating that I return too many items and I will not be allowed to return anything anymore. The only reason I shop here was the 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. I guess it doesn't count after a few returns. How am I supposed to like the product if I never tried it? Well I will take my business else where since they do not value their customers and changed their policy after a handful of returns that I was not satisfied with. I guess they don't care about all the items I actually kept and didn't return, but rather highlight my returns and accuse me of testing out products.
