Don't Bother Paying For Expedited Shipping w/This Company!
We paid for expedited shipping. I called to ask how long we would have to wait for it and was told 1-4 days. I told the woman on the phone I was having a laser procedure on Friday 10/13 and if I placed order by that day (Monday after 2 pm so would go out on Tuesday) whether I would have it in time. I was told YES or at the very least Saturday. Well here is it 10/15 and the product is in Kansas..hopefully I'll get it sometime in the next week :( VERY DISSAPOINTED! I could have not paid EXTRA and just waited for it to be shipped regular and probably would have received it faster. My advice....DO NOT PAY EXTRA for EXPEDITED SHIPPING with this company! Their expedited shipping is "Federal Express Ground Delivery." I called FedEx and was told "ground delivery" is NOT expedited shipping but rather the cheapest route to send a product using FedEx! Now the company can REFUND my expedited shipping price!
