this product is fake, extremely disappointing, it was a gift for my partners birthday and she tries it and its fake, I am returning it and will never buy from your website again, disgusted

I purchased this item for my husbands…
I purchased this item for my husbands gift. when he tried to use it, the spray doesn't work. $118.00 I called customer no service, and she said there is nothing they can do because it was passed sixty days, even if I returned the un-used bottle, the answer is no. That's it for me. No credit, no refund. Take your business somewhere else. And you responded with a rhetorical answer. I just explained the same thing.smh
