Found product not available elsewhere
I was looking for a specific Kerastase hair balm no longer available from my usual source, and found it quickly on eCosmetics. I was also very pleased to find a sale and free shipping. Thankyou, eCosmetics!

Product isn’t real
Product isn’t real. I have the same product purchased from a doctor’s office and the one from e-cosmetics comes in a different box and lists different ingredients.

They say 100% satisfaction guarantee…
Update: They refunded the full amount after I said I wouldn't order from them again, and after seeing that I left negative reviews on two sites. I shouldn't have to fight for a full refund when what the sent me was damaged and unusable. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee for full refund but they sent me a damaged product and won’t give me a full refund. This was my first and last time to order from them.
