Misleading stock availability and ridiculous wait
Horrible customer service-live chat always not available due to “high volume@. Also was waiting for over 3 weeks for my moisturizer. Had to contact the BBB to resolve the issue. They still never sent me my order. Order from DermStreet.

My cart disappeared after 2 min each…
My cArt disappeared after 2 min each time. It kept doing it. Your cart should have a much longer memory. Made it extremely hard to make a big order bc everything vanished. So I didn’t order much because each time I tried to add more products, the cart showed empty after 120 seconds. Horrible.
