The website was easy to work with and…
The website was easy to work with and like the confirmation info but 8 to 10 days before delivery is really a long time span. How I found out about the 8 to 10 days I sent an email. It wasn’t on the confirmed order information. And, to be honest, if it had been anywhere the website, I would have tried elsewhere to find the product. I do think your price was good.

Horrible horrible horrible
Horrible horrible horrible. Shipping can take up to 15 business days. And they don’t bat an eyelash. Customer service is a joke. Just say you have no customer service. This company is the worst.

Balmonds!
I have been concerned about purchasing another Balmonds before my current one runs out, as I use it for my eczema. I was so excited to find it on the website PLUS 25% off!!! So I purchased 4 and got them SO quickly! Great experience from start to finish!

This company is so efficient
This company is so efficient. I have placed orders several times. Everything is shipped quickly. The products are great. I have never had any issues of orders being lost or damaged or slow. Just a great company to work with.
