I ordered 4 lipsticks and when my order arrived two of the lipsticks had been taken out of the containers. I called and it took forever to get help. I sent a picture with the order number and still have not received a response or credit on my account. Not pleased!

Your site was great up until the very end when I was seemingly asked to repeat my billing information. After some hesitation, I did so, then received an email saying it was a duplicate order and could not be processed. I came away not knowing if my order was placed or not—was it ?

Website was easy to navigate to find what I needed. I bought a three pack of Tricomin shampoo, conditioner, and energy spray. The only problem was the energy spray which is quite expensive has a terrible sprayer. I had read this in reviews before and it was the case for me also.
