Excellent customer service!
After I placed my order I decided I wanted to add another item. I sent a email asking if I could do that. The customer service team was fantastic! They got right back to me via email and a phone call. They allowed me to cancel my original order and place a new one saving me the extra shipping fee. What a pleasure doing business eCosmetics!
