Your order shipped on the first business day after it was placed, but once with USPS, transit delays can occasionally occur outside of our control. We understand your frustration regarding expedited shipping and have refunded the shipping fee. Regarding the login issue, it appears an account may not have been created at checkout, which can cause issues when attempting to log in. A customer care representative has reached out to you.
