This is the second time that I have…
This is the second time that I have ordered from ECosmetics and they didn’t disappoint. I gave four stars instead of five because it does take 2-3 weeks to receive, which is kinda long in this day and age. I just have to take that into consideration and not wait until I’m just about out of the product.
Response from eCosmetics.comMar 8, 2026
Thank you so much for your continued support and for the 4-star rating! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with your order. We completely understand that 2–3 weeks can feel long for pre-order items, and we truly appreciate your patience. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll keep it in mind as we work to improve delivery times. For immediate assistance, our Customer Care Representatives are available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.

Turned my frown upside down
After waiting for 3 months for an order of Initio Psychadelic Love from another vendor “Parfums” I decided to cancel that order and try eCosmetics. The order was fulfilled and at my door in a few days. Price was fantastic, packaged and protected well and it’s absolutely a legit product. I will absolutely be using this company again!
