Negative to a positive
Ecosmetics truly turned a negative experience into a positive when I had a mishap with my order from a packaging standpoint. I did end up dealing with a representative named Lea that actually went above and beyond to replace my item . Unfortunately the timing was difficult health wise for me t9 mail back the compromised package and she replaced it for me. Thank you. In addition they have very good prices on High ebd items.

I ordered products 9 days ago- no update
I ordered products the evening of the 3rd- today is the 12th and I still don’t have any shipping information or an expected date of when I might receive my products. Their shipping policy is 2-8 “business” days. According to their policy- tomorrow is the 8th business day so I should receive my products tomorrow. However, they haven’t shipped yet and I have no additional information or updates.

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your tracking information yet. In some cases, our emails can end up in spam or promotional folders. Your order shipped and is currently on its way. Shortly after a package leaves our facility, tracking may temporarily show a “pre shipment” status while the carrier completes the initial scan. This usually updates once the package reaches the next checkpoint in the carrier’s network. Our estimated shipping timeframe is 2 to 8 business days. We sincerely apologize for the delay in you receiving the tracking details and appreciate your patience while your package makes its way to you. Our Customer Care team has also sent you an email with your tracking information and additional details. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply to that message and we’ll be happy to help.
