Good site but not always great communication
I’ve been ordering for a while. Their prices are good if you catch their sales. Twice it’s happened that what I ordered is not in stock and both times they never reached out… they just don’t ship the order. I called and they were happy to refund but by then I’ve been waiting for a while for my item. Other than that I’m very happy with e cosmetics

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a returning customer. We’re glad to hear you’ve been happy with our pricing and overall experience, especially during our sales. That said, we’re sorry to hear about the stock and communication issues you’ve encountered with past orders. We understand how frustrating it can be when an item becomes unavailable after placing an order. Our inventory system updates frequently; however, due to high demand, especially during promotional periods, some items may sell out quickly. While we do our best to reflect real-time availability, there can occasionally be brief windows where stock appears available but sells out before the checkout process is completed. We truly appreciate your continued support and feedback. We’re always working to improve, and we hope to provide you with an even smoother experience on your next order.
