Failure to deliver, or even proactively provide any updates along the way
So far, not a great experience. Placed an order 4/4 and later got an email two days later that it was cancelled due to payment authorization. I replaced the order. Time went by with no email or update so I called customer service and they said the order needed to be verified. So I had to verify all my personal information over the phone which feels sketchy. I then got an email saying my order was confirmed on 4/15. It is now 4/22 and my order still says processing. I called again and now I’m told that they don’t have the item in stock and don’t have an update when it will arrive. It’s still for sale on their website with no disclaimer.

Not gifting friendly, so far.
I was purchasing a gift and found no place for a gift message. Very disappointed. Plus, the link to shopping at Chase did not appear to work (still waiting) so I’m out a lot of points.
