Wow what a scam company. Hard pressed sales people who lie and say they are an owner of the company. Even after I told them in writing that I wasn’t interested in their service, they keep knocking on my door. Lived in my house for 7 years. Never had an issue. Now all of a sudden after them being in our neighborhood for over a week trying to sell, we have mice. Seriously? What kind of damage is the company bringing to our neighborhoods.

EcoShield performed "Exclusion Service" which included a one-year warranty in September 2021. This cost $350 + tax. The materials failed in March 2022, but EcoShield East office general manager in Oakdale, Minnesota, Greg Sanchez, flatly refused to honor the warranty. Sanchez also refused to grant a refund, and tried to offer a replacement product of lesser value (a rubber garage door seal) in place of an actual repair or refund. Be aware EcoShield will continue to charge your credit card until you cancel service IN WRITING. Even then, you may be charged an additional cancellation fee.

Very Poor service here! I got a membership and they had to come to treat my yard 3 times and still didn't take care of all the pests. Tried to cancel my membership jumped through several hoops and after it all they charged another $170 highway robbery! Do not use them AVOID ECO SHIELD! Bruce

Don’t trust the sales people. They will lie to you to get you to sign a contract. Don’t trust anything they say that’s not in writing!!! No ethics.

customer service does not speak English, we hand wrote into my contract that I do not want a contract that's anything other than month to month. they are trying to force me to keep them for 2 years... good times, lawyer up! my sales person that claimed to be the owner is Jon Romero

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star. What a joke, signed up with them, two guys showed up, one with a handheld seed spreader, the other with a scraper. I heard the guy scraping wasp nests in 3 places, while the other walked around spreading something on the grass. They were done in 10 minutes! The funny thing is I have a two story house and they did not do anything up high. I still have wasp nests in my recessed lighting, even though they promised to take care of all of them. Sent a letter about my displeasure and asking for cancellation. They want to charge me $190 to terminate the contract. I am definitely reporting them to the BBB.

***BE CAREFUL FRIENDS*** Ecoshield can talk a big talk but they do not deliver, at least for my family. We were told so many wonderful things from one of their sales members, Byron, and have been so disappointed to find that they do not deliver on their service as promised. Twice when we reached out to get service for a new pest ("between quarterly visits, if you ever need anything, we will be right out") the message didn't even make it to the office to set up a visit and when we called the office they could not send anyone out sooner than 2 weeks. When you have wasps on your house or a colony of ants show up, you want to know that the company you pay to service you, will prioritize their time to show up. The salesman went on and on about how they are different than your average pest control team; went as far as to say they bury traps under the ground to eradicate entire nests, which we later found out is not true at all. They promise an elite service unlike their top competitors, that is why you will pay twice as much, but the service they deliver is far from elite and I feel like an absolute fool. Please don't fall for the scam like I did :(

SCAM artists... I have never seen such a scam bunch of people claiming to sell an environmental pest solution than these jokers! I hope they are out of business tomorrow!!!!!! There appears to be enough dissatisfied and unhappy customers that this company should fall under a class action. SCAM SCAM SCAM these jokers are all about stealing your money and nothing else. They hire kids struggling to make a living to sign contracts and make this thing look legit then they pull the bait and switch when you call in the cancel call. Lawyers this is a CLASS ACTION waiting for you to put these jerks out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 09/19/2022 - After involving the BBB I was able to get a full refund of my disputed fee. Because they refunded my money I am changing the rating from 1 star to 2 stars. I caution anyone seeking their service that you ask how MUCH the cancel will be so you are not surprised like I was!
