I had a Ecoshield sales rep come to my home in the spring of 2020. I already had local pest control company but was excited about some of the features Ecoshield had to offer. I made the switch and was a happy customer until my recent exclusion service that was scheduled and “completed” in October of 2021. The service was not only NOT completed, but when I called to follow-up the regional manger (Forrest), he lied to me and then tried to cover it up by sending out another technician to finish the job without my consent. We were VERY clear he could come out to inspect the work not completed but not continue to complete the work. We had a pest problem for the next five months and I called no less than 30 times. I am so frustrated and unhappy about my interaction and service with this company. I have never had an experience that has made me so angry, frustrated, and dissatisfied. I spoke to Cara in the regional office and she said there was nothing they could do because this service was under warranty. They didn’t complete the service and then tried to sneakily cover it up by completing the service without our consent. I do not trust this company and do not want them performing any additional services at my home. The way the management team handled this experience is purely unacceptable. They cannot lie or do work on a property without a homeowner's consent and without taking accountability for their actions. The management team stating "we didn’t do the work, but we can do it now" is NOT a solution I can work with.

SCAM alert!!! This is the most unethical firm. They tell you that you pay as you go, no cancellation fee and then they send you an invoice with cancellation fees. Don’t give them your credit card info!!! This is a SCAM! Worse, the reps are harassing you with text messages. Their comments were extremely inappropriate. Luckily I have everything recorded and will take an action against them. I won’t let Ecoshield deceive anyone in the future.

Ecoshield is an unethical company that does not care about making its customers happy. A salesman came to my house and I asked about signing up for mosquito treatment. He tried to push a more comprehensive treatment for other pests and I very clearly stated I only cared about mosquitos. He explained how the mosquito treatment worked and set up a plan for me. They provided the first treatment immediately and after they left I read the welcome email they sent which explained that the plan I was signed up for covers an array of pests but does not include mosquitoes. I called customer service the next day and they verified that the salesman did not sign me up for a mosquito treatment plan. I asked to change my plan to a mosquito plan (like I clearly requested from the beginning) and have them come out and spray at no extra charge since I already paid them $150 but they refused. I asked for a refund since they charged me for a service I did not ask for but they refused. The only thing I was offered was a minimal discount on an additional mosquito plan. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me. I never got a call. I ended up calling customer service four separate times to try to get a refund or speak to a supervisor and no one would help me. I was finally able to get them to agree to cancel my plan without getting back the $150 I was charged for a service I did not ask for, but I still have not received a confirmation email to show it is canceled. It's unethical to charge a customer for a service they did not request and then refuse to provide the initially requested service at no extra charge or give their money back. I came to find out that this salesman did the exact same thing to one of my neighbors and now they are going through the same exact headache. That goes to show this was not a one-off mistake. This is a company that is built around taking advantage of people.

Door to door scammers! Tried to sell my Mom an overpriced plan, but didn’t give her a receipt. Left before he sprayed the house. We called the credit card company before they charged my mom’s credit card and canceled the card. We also called the police. The police said this is a scam, so they are on alert. We put up a Ring camera and alarm system. They didn’t go to our neighbors house, so we know they target the elderly. Neighbors would have called mom to warn her. He had the nerve to show up again, and now we have his picture. We called the police. They went looking for him right away. Scammers!

I had Ebenezer service my property on Friday 7/29/2022 and I was very pleased with the work that he did, he sprayed the complete outside of the house from corner to corner as I requested. He paid attention to the areas where the insect would converge and did a very thorough spray job. Other workers sprayed the property before and did not do such a great job. I would love for Ebenezer to continue spraying the property. Please give him my congratulations on a very good job done. i am very pleased.

This company is an absolute scam. Between someone showing up at my door making grand promises that were never honored, to the people who actually did the work and told my husband not to complain if it doesn’t work because they’ll get in trouble, to getting a copy of a contract I never signed, to speaking to a dozen reps to cancel that all tell me that they will have to escalate it to a manager and I’ll get a call back, then get a call back asking me AGAIN why I want to cancel. I’ve filed a report with the BBB to help me resolve this but save yourselves the headache. If they show up at your door, do not engage with them.

Hello I had experience with this company and was very impressed with the service. I had service done to my home yesterday (7/22/22) and the guy really performed everything he explained he was going to be doing, cause I watched him in my windows and he did everything perfectly, like he said. also he was very polite and friendly. I signed up for this program for a year, so if possible, I would like for this person to keep coming back to my house for his service, because he is such a businessperson and I really appreciate his manners.
