If I could it would be zero stars. They tell you one thing but it’s not what they will actually do. Are not willing to work with you as far as appt times. They stink and are rude

THEY ARE A SCAM!! I wish I read all the negative reviews before I signed the contract. Worse service! I have more pests now than before they serviced my house. They make it impossible to get out of the contract.

Joseph Adam’s was very polite, thorough and professional! He addressed all of my concerns. Eco shield pest control does such a great job treating outside our home, I rarely need to have them treat inside! I like that they take the time to see what issues may need to be addressed before they come out to my home.

Door to door salesman was compelling. I was not satisfied with previous company so I gave them a shot. Shouldve checked reviews first! They came out in 4 months exactly twice. The second visit the "technician" bad-mouthed the previous work they performed, stating: "they have a bunch of guys who dont know what they are doing working here."The 3rd visit they never showed up, yet they continued to bill me without performing service. I cancelled after they refused to fix the problem. I spoke with 2 "supervisors" on 2 occasions regarding cancellation. They agreed both times they would cancel the contract and waive cancellation fees. They did not. Instead, there is a letter from collections asking for over $400. So, i've paid over $200 and they expect another $400 for 2 poorly performed services. Do NOT use these scammers.

Do not use this company!!!! Horrible!!!! if I could choose zero stars I would!!! they keep coming back and charging my credit card when I want to cancel service because they left my house a mess!!! i told them DO NOT COME BACK TO MY HOUSE….and yet they did! and charged another 181 horrible 2nd most awful experience I have had with a company!!!

Used this company for almost a year. One tech broke a light fixture and they gave me a 20 dollar credit. I saw absolutely no change in insects or spiders after almost a year. So I canceled, and now they're blowing up my phone over an alleged $300 fee? If you do good enough work you don't need to scam customers out of money.

This should be a minus zero rating. I had the same issues as the others below - Never told I would be charged the rate each time they came out. Never told I was signing a contract, said it was a sales slip. They kept my charge card number on file without permission. They are now saying I owe a cancellation fee. A short time ago I filed a report with the FTC about this fraudulent, predatory, scam company. You should do the same so they don't keep prying on unsuspecting people.
