As others have said, I have several wishes: I wish I had read the reviews, i wish I could leave zero stars, I wish the salesman wasn’t so aggressive and dishonest, I wish their product worked and I wish I hadn’t wasted so much money. Got the same “ We do work for your neighbor” pitch. The $150 cancellation fee was glossed over and presented as a discount. When I tried to cancel and objected to the fee I was told that if I didn’t pay it, they would send it to collections. The person I talked to stayed on a script and it was like she wasn’t listening at all. The first visit, I watched as tech removed a wasp’s nest and treated the front and back of my (interior unit) townhome. Second visit, tech only treated the front. Called the company and was told they would be happy to come and RE-treat. Problem was, they never treated the back! Wasps came back. I took care of it. Had a problem with ants. I took care of it in an ecologically sound way for less than $10. So I’m out $450 for the removal of one small wasp’s nest. I am sharing my experience on every platform I can in the hopes that it can save someone else from this horrible fate.

If the company did a 1 time service then it might be ok. But it is NOT that. It is a subscription and if you are dissatisfied? Too bad. You will get nailed with an outrageous contract fee. Guts may be nice but the dude from the India call center you really end up dealing with is who you need to be concerned about...

Horrible company. Scammers. And the worst part is harassing my husband because we declined services, leaving false google reviews on the company he works for page saying awful awful things. Will be pursuing this to the very end as this isn’t right at all

This entire operation is a scam. The salesperson/technician who came by never discussed signing a contract nor did he have any materials I could review. All he told me was that he needed my signature for a credit card authorization for the initial trial service for the property. I was NOT told I was signing a two year contract. Then the staff who provided the service that day barely sprayed the place either due to laziness or incompetence. When I tried to cancel, the account manager kept dropping the price and contract tenure via emails (that I kept) to try to make me stay as a customer which indicates that the actual cost of service is not accurate. They are completely unethical and have no problem abiding by fraudulent practices in getting you to sign a contract without actually telling you that you are signing a contract. No legit business conducts themselves in this manner, so avoid them at all costs. I plan on providing this review across all platforms and will inform our HOA.

I Did not hire this company, as their representative had zero concern or respect for the yards and lawns he walked through to engage in unsolicited services. He passed multiple "NO SOLICITING" signs, passing through several yards, flowerbeds and other landscaping to disturb people who did not wish to be hassled by sales people. When he did engage people, he was somewhat rude, and spent most of the time bad-mouthing other agencies. If this is the level of behavior you display while trying to earn peoples' business, we certainly do not wish to have to near our homes and families! Stay away!

No matter what you think you're getting, you will be locked into a minimum $800 contract. They will send someone out who really doesn't have any idea what they're doing, and will sprinkle about $10 worth of repellent on your yard. It won't do anything. Great customer service though from my limited experience.

This is the 2nd time we have had our work day disturbed by Eco Shield. Today, Rep for Eco Shield came to our house and knocked. We ignored it as we work from home. He continued to keep knocking. My son went out and told him we aren't interested, as we have a pest control company. Rep then tried to disparage our pest control company that we utilize. We asked him to leave and he tried to enter our locked gate leading into our yard. My husband had to interrupt his work day to go outside and tell him to leave our property immediately and the Rep became verbally aggressive and rude before leaving. As he was walking away my son said, "lets get some no soliciting signs. That should keep people like this guy away." The Eco Shield Rep actually had the stones to turn around and say "no it won't." Stay away from this company!

OK. IM BACK to update this review. The new GM ENDED UP GETTING BACK TO ME AND FIXED IT! He’s so only temporary but as long as Brandon is the leader of this location, I believe he will turn it around. It doesn’t change the experience noted below but won me over such that I would give him a second try. Original post: this company shows a 5 star google review which must be photo shopped. On yelp, its' 2 stars, on the better business bureau, at least for MN, it's 2 stars. the sales department answers but the service is in the phillipines with no ability to help solve problems. They created a massively over billed policy for my elderly mothers, did shoddy work, and now won't pick up the phone.
