My husband signed a contract with the agreement that he had three days to resend and get all of his money back we did we sent by FedEx the signature saying we decided not to use this company and they will not refund our money. The woman said they will not charge us For The additional $200 that was the original price of the Initial treatment… That they had discounted that treatment down to 150 but we were obligated to pay for that. My husband read her, the wordage On the contract, he sign which said that you have three business days to cancel and get all of your money back… She said they are keeping the 150 but they will let us out of the contract.

I had a very disappointing experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions. On June 6, 2024, a salesperson approached me at my home, offering a one-time pest control service for $200, supposedly discounted from $350. At no point did he mention that I was agreeing to an ongoing service contract with additional charges and penalties. I only realized I had been enrolled in a recurring service when I started receiving text messages about upcoming appointments. I was shocked and felt deceived, as I never agreed to this. Despite my efforts to dispute this with EcoShield, they refused to waive any penalty fee, even though their representative clearly misled me. I want to warn others about this company’s deceptive practices. Be cautious and read all the fine print before agreeing to anything, as they were unwilling to address this situation fairly.

We have a no soliciting sign in our front window they came and knocked on our door. I feel like i was pressured into getting the service. We signed the contract being told we could cancel at anytime with no penalty. So when i called to cancel the person on the other end told me that it would be $251.00 for breaking the contract or he could give me an extra $40.00 off if we kept our contract open. I said i just want to cancel the person was talking over me wouldn't listen to what i had to say he was rude and finally i had enough told him that this product and service was a scam and finally hung up on him. AND FINALLY DONT BUY OR USE THISCOMPANY IT REALLY IS A SCAM!!

Horrible company with fine print contracts. I had exactly the same results as this person Scam! This is a company that uses bait and switch tactics. I was told by the salesperson that the plan is quarterly and I could cancel at anytime at no additional cost. I received a text that said the plan was bimonthly. When I asked the salesman he said it would change to quarterly after I received my first treatment and the free follow-up egg cycle treatment in two weeks. When they charged me for the egg cycle treatment I tried to cancel. This is when the representative tried to give me a one time discount. When I said no, he then tried to give me a monthly discount, I again said no, and he offered me a “lifetime” discount. I refuse to use a pest control service that uses such shady business tactics. They guaranteed to rid my yard of wasps. Wasps returned after a week of being “serviced”. They claim this is the egg cycle, contradicting their guarantee. The company is now trying to charge me a $150 cancellation fee which I will dispute as fraud. They’ve already charged me $300 for the initial treatment and what was supposed to be a free egg cycle follow up. Do not fall for this company’s schemes.

How we got scammed by EcoShield pest control. We have a bad vole problem on our property. A EcoShield salesman stopped and tried to sell us on signing up for their pest control. I made it very clear the only reason we would sign up is if it would solve our vole problem. He said it would but it would take longer. When I met with the tech installing the traps and the first bait reloading he reiterated the same thing and to be patient because voles take longer. After a year on the program and peak vole season coming in June/July we saw it made absolutely no difference and the "taking longer" sales point was just to string us along. At this point we contacted EcoShield about their lying sales rep. and they said they would escalate the issue but they never would reply so each time it was the same story. In the meantime they assured us there would be no new service calls or charges. Of course that was just another lie, as we were surprised when they showed up to do another service, which we were able to stop before they left the vehicle. After many more calls they said they won't do anything because voles weren't in the contract I foolishly signed on his phone without reading. To add insult to injury they are now trying to charge us $220 to cancel the contract after breaching our verbal contract. So now they are going to send it to a collection agency. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

Super disappointed with this company. I was told I had a one time fee of $180 and that they treated bees. The salesman even pretended to write down the location of the bees and wasps we have around the house. Took my $180 and sent a guy the next day. He told me they don’t treat bees and they don’t even have equipment that reaches as high as some of the nests. The email we got when the service was completed showed that they don’t treat bees. Then we suddenly had a 2 year contract that I did not agree to. I agreed to spraying for bees and wasps once. I called to cancel and they wanted to charge us another $300+ to cancel the contract that I wasn’t aware of. It took over a month of phone calls before they agreed to not send to collections. We kept having to remind them that their salesman lied. A contract unknowingly signed as well as one that can’t deliver on what was verbally agreed upon is null and void. Very dishonest company.
