I've been out of work since January. I called and cancelled service with them. I had technically 2 more treatments with them. Ecoshield was aware of this. They performed ZERO services and I asked to cancel. I Paid for ALL services they performed. Because I was under contract for 2 more - they insisted on charging me even though NO WORK was performed. I was out of work, still am. They insist on this punitive charge with no work associated with it. Very high standards obviously. The reason people get into contracts is because they know the work is garbage. I feel bad for the parents of the owners who should be ashamed of that level of integrity. At this point, I'm about to lose my house. How important is this $150? We literally have sold everything and will be moving in with our parents and splitting up our kids.

DO NOT use Echo Shield! We entered a contract with them for general maintenance around our home to keep it pest free. Eco Shield recommended that we remove all of our old insulation in the basement and replace it with new insulation as it appeared to have signs of pests (mice) from the previous owners that had occupied the home. We agreed and spent over $1,800 on the service. The technician that came out was by himself. He came in with all his supplies and left with all of his supplies including any garbage that needed to be removed that of which included the old insulation. My father in law was onsite to monitor and update my wife and I as to the progress. My father in law also offered to lend a hand and help with taking out the garbage after he had completed the job. The technician was adamant that he and only he handle the garbage. My father in law thought it was strange that he did not want any help but never the less did not argue and or insist on helping further. A few days later I noticed a pair of shoes missing from my storage space where I keep them. I do LOVE shoes and have some VERY nice pairs! When I could not find the specific pair I was looking for I just thought maybe they were somewhere else in the house. I decided to wear another pair, but couldn’t find that pair either, weird. I continued to inspect my shoe collection in the storage portion of our basement where the technician spent the majority of his time only to find out I was MISSING 4 pairs of shoes totally over $700 in retail...that does not account for buying them from a third party retailer! Nobody outside of my immediate family had been in our basement. Eco Shield refused to pay for the stolen shoes. They refused to refund us any money from the services they performed. We have since ceased working with them and terminated our contract. BOTTOM LINE IS...THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I should note, this matter is STILL under police investigation as I did file a police report against Eco Shield!

After fulfilling my contractual obligation, they convinced me to stay on board and receive a discounted rate for any future request. Unfortunately, they initiated a service call without my request obligating me to pay for services rendered. No response to text message and no response to emails will result in a visit. The only things they do is clean the cobwebs from outside the front door.

On 9/12/2014, Zach was here on time. He did the work exactly as I had discuss it with him. He was polite, thorough, efficient. Thank you Eco Shield for such great timely service. Mrs. Judy H.

First time customer with this company. Horrible experience as they put me in a contract that did not tackle the issue i was having in my place of residence. I was told that the contract would cover German Roaches and when technician came over after providing initial service i was told that was an add on for additional fee. This company gives you the run around is not worth the headache. Dont waste your time as they do not take care of the customers but rather a tactic to put you in a contract. Do not sign the contract or give your card information. This happened in ELMONT NY and local office refuses to own their wrong doing.

Wrecked my shoes, didn’t keep bugs out. They con you into a a 1yr agreement. Do not do it. They do not stand by their product and it will wreck your grass and shoes and they do not care once it’s signed. I can’t explain how orange powder happen from their liquid product but I never had that residue ever before. Save your money plenty of hacks to find online that is not $1200 for the year for 4 visits.

THIS company IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! If I could just give negative 10 stars.... This company is a total scam. They brainwash you first, offer discounts and other stuff. You sign up and that's it. You can't cancel it because you have to pay ridiculous money for cancelation. The service they provide has NO RESULTS AT ALL!!!. My whole house is covered with spider webs. I saw better results when i was doing treatments myself with regular home defense insects treatment from home depot. But the most ridiculous thing is that I recently got email notifications twice that they performed service at my house but no one actually ever came to my house on those days. First of all I was home both dates all day long. The second, we have cameras around the house, so we get notified as soon as someone get close to the house. So this company simply lying that they do services at your house. I called to customer service twice regarding this situation. Every time the same answer: " I'm sorry it happened to you. We are going to do investigation and we will schedule another free of charge service for you. Someone will call you within the next 24hr from your local office. " Guess what, NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK! I can't wait when the contract will be over and i will never need to deal with all this nonsense again! If you ever see someone knocking to your door and he has ecoshield t-shirt on, shut the door in front of his nose!!!
