Is a extremely shady. I was told my account was closed and no money due, now I'm getting constant text messages asking for money on my past due account. They are nothing but a con. I'm calling the Delaware attorney general on Monday, tired of the abuse.

Worst pest control we have ever used, the wasps were the worst they have ever been along with the spiders and webs, it was almost like the company was feeding them not killing them. The customer support is a joke people on the other must have been outsourced and were very pushy and could not understand the word no. The contract is a joke, I specifically asked the salesman if we could get out of the contract if it wasn’t working and he told me it wouldn’t be an issue. Apparently it is! Watching the guy apply the so called spray/feed was a little odd. Horrible experience with this company total scam

After these slime ball’s salesman came onto my property boasting he owned this company and he was in the neighborhood doing services, I told him to give me a quote for a treatment at a different property. He went to my other property, sprayed it with chemicals without discussing or getting okay from me, forged my signature which this company then charged me a cancellation fee that they’ve now sent to a collection agency. Lying scam artists to avoid at all cost. Don’t let them on your property or you’ll be dealing with a collection agency.

Same experience as other customers, no results, they keep trying to sell you on the future, and when I cancelled I had to pay their discounts despite all along them saying things like we will come out for free if you are not getting results, scam.

Survivor of West Nile Virus. Hired them for mosquito control. They were to come out and spray every three weeks. They came out Three times in six months. Now they want me to pay for cancelling service. Lousy customer service. I guess they are in business to rip people off instead of killing bugs.

A complete ZERO across the board! Total SCAM!!!!! They came knocking on doors soliciting. Listened to their sales pitch and agreed give them a try as we had a bee issue and they said we could cancell at any time for any reason. Never once were we told there was a 1 year contract. They did their treatment, (which never got rid of all the bees) and we paid for the service. The guy told us if we continued to have and bug issues to call back and re treatments would be a no charge. Less than one month later they return and charge us a quarterly charge again for what they call a bee egg clean up treatment. Called customer service and was told to take a look at our contract as it would be stated on there about this treatment and fee, we NEVER received a contract, neither on paper or by email. I expressed my concerns with all this misinformation and was told they will take notes and send it on to other departments to review, when asked when i will see a refund for the second charge I was told i may or may not get one, depends on what the other departments have to say but they would reach out either by email or text message. After reading all these reviews I see we have been scammed and most likely will not be getting a refund. Well, I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
