EcoShield Pest Solutions is a scam. Don't fall for it if they come to your door like I did.
The salesman sold me on something different than what I was going to be charged for from the email they sent me.
I tried to cancel the service before they came and they ignored my phone call and only did an exterior spray when it was supposed to be both inside and outside.
It does not work. Bought a $20 bottle of perimeter spray, and it worked better.
The salesman said there was no cancelation fee, a lie, and there is a $150 fee.
Stay away from this company!! 😡

Ruperto did a thorough job
Ruperto did a thorough job. I am very happy with the detail and effort he put into this pest problem. He was very informative and did everything that needed to be done perfectly.
Thankyou!

Total scam
Total scam. We do not believe any service was actually performed...ant traps caught zero ants and spraying around the exterior may have water as there was no scent, no residue AND NO RESULTS!
We were not informed of the early cancellation fee - neither when the contract was signed nor when we cancelled our account via the 888 number.
We have received multiple email letters stating "Our intention in reaching out is not to pester you or just chase you down for payment, we just want to be sure we go above and beyond to reach out to help you stay up to date and take any actions we need to on our end to retain your business while we are still able to." RIGHT! EcoShield is pestering us and chasing us down for payment.
Further, there's the threat of sending this to collections but also the "supervisor", Alex, attempted to verbally intimidate my wife in our most recent conversation.
In all my years I've never found a company more unwilling to come to a resolution with me as a customer...and the EcoShield way is not the way I run my company.

Prepare for the ultimate Scam
We already had services through Adaptive Pest Conrtol. Shade from Eco pressured me on my driveway to cancel services with Adaptive because they were ripping people off and scamming them, including neighbors. He pulled up online reviews. He said he could get me out of my contract with Adaptive Pest Control and to avoid being scammed IF I signed a contract with Ecoshield asap. He said watch this I do this all the time and he proceeded to draft an email full of lies to Adaptive. He stated in the email to Adaptive that Adaptive stained our interior and ruined the soffit. While Shade was doing this a salesman from a 3rd pest control company arrived to sell their services. I told him what Shade did and the gentleman urged me to report Shade and Ecoshield immediately. I canceled with Ecoshield within 10 minutes. They billed me for $215.17 for canceling within 10 minutes. They threatened me with collections. I contacted Adaptive so they are aware of Ecoshield scam. I received text messages from Shade while I was canceling his contact asking me what I was doing and why. I was told I had 3 days to cannel for ANY REASON. I tried to cancel in 10 minutes and that was not accepted. Shade lied about cancelation policy. 40 minutes going round and round with customer service I was threatened for trying to cancel, received a threat to send me to collections for canceling within 10 minutes. Ecoshield website proudly deceiving says "In fact, EcoShield offers new customers free cancellation for 24 hours after signing up for services." They blatantly lie on their own website. Furthermore,
THEY HAVE TO LIE TO OTHER COMPANIES TO STEAL CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT GET ANY CUSTOMERS WITHOUT THIS TACTIC. I feel that everybody needs to know about Ecoshield scam not only on me but other companies. I will be reporting Ecoshield and Shade to the Attorney General and BBB. Be aware of this scam in your association and protect your neighbors. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
I have to say that I wasn't sure I would need to leave this kind of review. I signed up for a 2 year contract, I think, with Ecoshield. Every time the techs came to our house when I was home, they were very kind and courteous and seemed to know what they were talking about and applied whatever the stuff is they were selling. However, the additional mosquito service we added on to our services never seemed to be the least bit effective.
The biggest annoyance and frustration for me was when we ran into financial difficulties and I requested cancellation of our services, because we couldn't afford to keep paying and I wasn't really impressed with the effectiveness. The customer service person told me we needed to complete one more pest treatment before we would complete the service agreement, so to avoid the fees of cancelling early, I told her to leave that service open until the last treatment had been applied.
Beginning of September, the tech came and applied the treatment and we paid for it. I assumed that our service would be cancelled after that. But no, I just got notification that another treatment was due and trying to schedule it.
Now, I just spent about half an hour on the phone with more customer service reps who just repeat all of their scripts over and over again - FINALLY - I believe my service has been cancelled. Good riddance and I don't recommend this service to anyone else. It feels like a scam of some kind. I believe the techs who apply the services must believe it's legit, but the management of this company is failing miserably in my opinion. Sidenote: each time I had to speak with someone in customer service on the phone, it was so loud with people talking in the background. Just felt so shady.
Also, the customer service rep would not connect me with a manager because she assured me that the notes from my call would be passed along to a manager and there would be an investigation and they would consider it a lesson learned. That's not comforting at all. That last $189 I paid feels like such a waste of money.

Ecoshield is deceptive & incompitent!
Ecoshield basically did nothing for the first 2 months I paid for rodent problems. Then, their supposed expert at figuring out where the rodents were getting into my crawl space told me 5 bald-faced lies (based on my own examination of the crawl space and my expertise as a real estate appraiser) and committed 5 acts of incompetence/ negligence. DO NOT trust this company or their employees, they are basically just salespeople that do NOTHING to earn your well-earned money!

DO NOT USE
Stay far away from them when they come knocking on your door! I was told I was getting mosquito service but they needed to do a sweep of the property & signed an introductory rate contact. They never came for the mosquito service so I had to call then to find out that was actually an additional service the contract I signed was for quarterly services which brought ants into my house EVERY single visit never had an issue before with ants and have been in this home for 9 years. I’ve tried to cancel and they say I owe them money for the discount services they provided…crazy!!! They want more money to cancel a contract they didn’t even uphold because their treatments don’t work and it wasn’t the service I asked for in the first place. Stay away from these scammers!!!!

I did not have a good experience with…
I did not have a good experience with this company. I would give it zero stars if I could. The moral to the story is NEVER commit any significant dollars to someone that shows up uninvited at your front door. I thought that I was signing up for three months (three applications) for $189 total. Seemed to me at the time that it was a good deal. It turned out that it was $189 each time they came out, and I was refused any sort of refund when I called to complain.
