Very unhappy! First of all, they charged me a 40% tax that was not disclosed beforehand. The order I was supposed to get charged was different than what they added. They wouldn't let me cancel it and it took two months to get here and the head is too small and tight for a normal adult. They keep saying their refund system is broken and won't help me. DO NOT BUY!!

I foolishly ordered 2 of their hats that have fans attached for my brother and brother-in-law for Father’s Day. I received the fans after more than six weeks of waiting, which was after Father’s Day.. One worked but was damaged. The fan was falling off. The other did not work at all. After contacting the company. They offered me eight dollars after i spent $74. After several emails, they offered me $10. Their reasoning was, “they had limited income and couldn’t afford to refund all of my money“ I even told them I keep the damaged one just refund the one that did not work. As of today, I have received nothing.

Ordered two sink stoppers after seeing an ad. What arrived was nothing at all like the product I ordered - cheap plastic garbage that doesn’t resemble the photos and video of the product that made me order it. Absolutely a scam.

Placed an order for two (2) belts and the company was happy to accept full payment. After 6 weeks I contacted customer service regarding my purchase. They responded it was still in transit multiple times. Eventually I received (1) belt that was not leather as I ordered, a composite material. I reached out to customer service and after multiple attempts to resolve they responded that the order was completed and offered me $3. I asked to return the 1 item I had received, and they said I needed to send to a different site, but refused to provide that address. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Spent $30.00 on a belt and ordered size 34. They sent, after 4 1/2 weeks, a size 44. Their only compensation offer was $3.00. They are based in Ireland and is the WORST company I've ever delt with.

This company is horrible I ordered before Fathers Day and didnt receive until mid July. No receipt and one fan doesnt work. Sent email to customer support and they ask8ng for video pictures and invoice. There was no invoice with the order. When I googled the company's address it was a address to a storage unit. No reason for not honoring a product company is SCAM. Should not have permission to sell and removed from BBB. Company does not respond after emails then they have excuses instead of correcting the issue. Do not purchase from this Scamming Ass Company if I could give a review under a 1 that 8s actually what this compant deserves a 0. Want my refund only compensation they offered me was $3 are you kidding me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY!!! Why are they allowed to sell because I read a review of another lady had the same issue with a solar hat and fans this is bad business..

I saw an ad. The amount seemed decent. It was for 16.86$. I paid. A second later my sms says I was billed 20.23$. Why? No reason. *post edit and add-it*: I contacted them to cancel the order. Of course they started sending shipping info a day later (looks totally fake). I communicated them via support chat and email. After more than 10 days they said they cancelled the order and I will get a full refund. Still waiting for that refund. I am waiting their response. I doubt if any of this is legit.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a hat two weeks before father's day. It arrived a month after father's day and they will not give me a refund. They said it would be too expensive to send back so they offered me $5. I said no so they offered me $7 and I said no so they offered me $10
