I have been unable to try the product as I received NOT the Australian product but the British product and am unable to plug it in to use. I am trying to locate a British to Australian plug here in Darwin to fix my dilemma. There was no return address either.

The bag is closed properly and the vacuum worked at first but it slowly leaks.

I was expecting at least one vacuum pump with the bags. Imagine my disappointment 😞

I think the delivery time took a bit too long, and I was so disappointed that the pump was not included! That was my fault for not reading properly, but maybe better explanation of what is included, or show to order pump separately. Anxious to use it, I fly often.

Different belt than advertised but may be ok will see, constant communication with updates of delivery

I must say I have a mixed review about this company. I ordered some Solar Powered hats for Father’s Day gifts since Mother’s Day and just received them yesterday, two whole months later. I did send them an email after a month and they responded asking me to be patient and sent tracking information. The quality seems good but the smell was horrible. Have them airing out now before I can start wearing.
