I must say I have a mixed review about this company. I ordered some Solar Powered hats for Father’s Day gifts since Mother’s Day and just received them yesterday, two whole months later. I did send them an email after a month and they responded asking me to be patient and sent tracking information. The quality seems good but the smell was horrible. Have them airing out now before I can start wearing.

My hat took months to come and it doesn't even fit my husband's head. I purchased based on 15 day money back guarantee but they dont honor that. They offered me $5. It is definitely a scam and wish I had seen this prior to purchasing this hat. They also had to have lied about 5 stars with BBB because they have no honor. This is fraud!

I ordered one of the Father's Day Wide Brim Solar Fan Outdoor Fishing Hat-Solar & USB. This ordered was placed before Father's day and did not receive the order on time. It was near the end of June. It came crammed in a package no packing slip and with one of the fans/ solar panel almost crushed because of the way it was packaged. Totally not useable and is a scam. Looks are deceiving. I will be disputing the charges because it is impossible to get any where with the company. A highly dissatisfied customer.

Definitely SCAMMED Ordered 2 double fan hats 1 month before father's day. I paid the $9.99 express shipping fee. I have yet to receive the 2nd hat. The hat that arrived was horrible! It arrived in plastic packaging with both fans detached and broken. I have been emailing customer service for weeks now. They only respond with ridiculousness, even asking if I would take a $6 refund! I am so angry. I wish I had read the reviews first. Definitely reporting to my CC company.

I ordered a hat for my husband, never received it. I emailed the company and they said they are working on it but 2 months later no hat. Very disappointing.

Do NOT buy!! They charged $10 more than what they were supposed to, dis nothing about it. Then two months waiting and still no package! I emailed and they told me they would have to re-charge me to ship again, as it costs them too! It is a SCAM!!!

I'VE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH EMAIL RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY IS, ITS IN TRANSIT AND WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.. I'VE REQUESTED SHIPPING DETAILS AS WELL AS TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEY RESPONDED IN THE EMAIL STATING, WE WILL INFORM YOU ONCE SHIPPING STATUS CHANGES. THIS ORDER WAS PLACED IN MAY 2025 AND ITS NOW JULY 2025, THIS COMPANY HAS SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ALL OVER IT!! Ordered 1 month before father's day. Reached out right before father's day. They said it was in transit even though I had stopped receiving shipping updates. They said they wouldn't refund my money because it was not lost. Waited 3 more weeks and they said it's still on its way...still refused to send replacement or agree to refund. Finally went through my credit card company to dispute the charge which I finally received my refund. Definitely feels like a scam but at a minimum, horrible customer service.
