I ordered some pens through this incompetent company months ago. Made a complaint and nothing was done. Now they have the audacity to to send me canned messages months later to check with my neighbors. The package was supposed to be delivered to a box at a UPS store. This company is now trying to clean up their negative reviews but don’t try to resolve the matter. Avoid this company like the plague. BBB gave them an “F” grade. Didn't send vacuum pump, also when I ordered the two cherry tree limbs, they sent a bag of seeds. Same company, lousy service they don't send items that are paid for. With hard earned cash!!

Ordered vacuum packing bags and pump. Pump didn't arrive with order. Was advised it wasn't on offer with number of bags option I chose even though it was clearly listed on order. Offered $5 discount. What use are bags without the pump!!!

This is a fake company. They commit fraud with everyone. Whatever you order, you either don’t receive it, or if you do, it is of very poor quality—cheap, second-rate items. I ordered a parcel worth 1700, but inside it was something worth only 150. Also, the contact number they provided is switched off, and they have not mentioned any proper company name or address on the parcel.
