A scam…zero response and no product received

Scam website. Do not order from them. 2 months later and still haven't received my order.

I ordered a ratchet belt, it took 3 months coming all the way from Germany, and Italy , when it finally arrived, I noticed that the belt they sent wasn’t a ratchet belt, I immediately emailed them and they wanted proof in pictures, so I sent them the pictures, and they responded by saying “ after further inspection our warehouse indicated that the order is correct “. Are you serous??, after sending hem pictures that clearly shows that it’s not a ratchet belt they still deny it!, they offered me $2 USD! The belt I recieved was just a normal belt with holes, a ratchet belt does have any holes, I can get that type of belt here in the U.S !! It’s no fluke that there’s a lot of negative reviews on them, don’t buy from them!…..BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! By the way, they wanted to offer me a two dollar refund on a $30 dollar belt!!… SCAM!!!!

I ordered a stainless steel sink drain and received a plastic one. Customer service did not assist. This is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Note: There are many other domains selling the same products. They use the same video on all the sites and show the same web page. They are all bogus. UPDATE: After numerous emails from them, they offered me $3 USD as compensation and then increased it to $5 USD. These people are scum.

I ordered a sink plug/strainer advertised as stainless steel for €20. When it finally arrived, it turned out to be cheap plastic and far too large for my sink. The item was not as described at all. When I requested a refund, the company only offered me €3 compensation, which is completely unacceptable for a product that was misrepresented and unusable. Very disappointed with the misleading advertising and the lack of proper customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Made an order on August 8 havent’ received it yet. The tracking # provided doesn’t work just keeps routing you to some bogus carrier. Looks like this whole thing is a scam.

They are a scam. They don't stand by their website refund policy. They have no problem ripping you off. Their product quality is terrible. L.D

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I paid an extra $15 for a speedy delivery (within 7 days from purchase) and it took over 2 months for arrival. Once the hat arrived, only one of the fans worked :(. HORRIBLE experience.
