While they put on an incredible sales front, they extremely over charged me. Now I'm stuck with a car I need to refinance but can't because I'm so far upside down on my loan. All the little work they did to the car does not make up for how much they ripped me off.

Buying my car was a good experience, however when my car got totaled the staff at the Stapleton location misplaced my paperwork, which in turn ended up getting me sent to collections for their mistake.
Plus my car was waaaaay overpriced.
Do your research before you go here.

It took 2 hours for the advisor to tell me that the repair should be covered under warranty and that I had to go to a Chevy dealer. I was rather frustrated by the end of the experience. It was such a waste of time.

OK, but needs work
OK, so the buying experience itself was okay. The dealership is designed in a cool and inviting way, there's no pressure, and there's no negotiation whatsoever. While that's a welcome change from other dealerships where they use many sleazy tactics, EchoPark needs to do more:
1) Take care of the cars they are selling better. E.g., ours had a tire leak, of which the TPMS informed us as soon as we drove off the lot. We had to come back several times, and finally they "fixed" the tire. Later, as we were buying winter tires from Discount Tire, they showed us the plug that EchoPark techs put in. It ruined the tire and we had to buy a whole set of 4 summer tires. In addition, we had a blown electrical fuse and a couple of other small things. Does not look good, EchoPark.
2) As soon as the sale was "in the pocket", our sales associate showed zero interest in us - no follow-up, no courtesy call, nothing, zilch.

Not going back
Although they were nice, they lacked understanding of several components of my VW, and two things were returned to me unfixed. One was later acknowledged and they made some amends, one wasn't. I later got a manufacturer recall notice for a third thing they acted like was in my imagination. I'm going elsewhere from now on.

One of the least professional staff of any dealership we have ever been to. Won't purchase from the Littleton dealership again.

Repair had been completed
Repair had been completed, however I talked to 3 different people in the process. They kept my vehicle for longer than agreed upon and I was overcharged for a service fee. They didnt correct the issue on the spot and I refused to work with them after. I will not be returning.

After taking our GMC Terrain in many times over the past several months, both paying for repairs and then subsequently being told the engine light code was 'not active', our car promptly broke down the next day. We took it to another dealership and they were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. We were told that a 'cheap, after market' part was installed by Echo Park, and that it was a faulty part, causing the engine to not start and the engine light to be on. Very discouraging, since Echo Park could not identify the problem, and on top of that, told us that the engine code was not even an active one.
