First truck was a lemon and they worked with me to resolve the issue. They extended the grace period - as it had immediately had an issue - while we tried to get it fixed through my local dealer. When it couldn't be resolved quickly, the took it back and I got a different vehicle. That vehicle was excellent. -1 star for trade in value on my existing truck and that I wasn't allowed to get it back after the first vehicle issues.

We drove from Kansas to Colorado to purchase a pickup truck. We were not told on the phone that there was sales tax added to purchase. We did get treated nicely at the dealership. After we paid for the truck we found out there was only one set of keys to it. The second one cost us $100.00 after we got home. We told the dealership this and they offered us nothing. Also there was a rebate mentioned in their ad that we never realized. Called the dealership, the manager was to call us back and never did.

Good experience buying the car. The car was not as clean as I would have expected. There was some foul up with the paper work, but they worked to get it fixed and gave me a extra full tank of gas for the trouble.
