Purchase was straightforward without any pressure. My only problem so far was when I went in to get a clarification on what type of antifreeze I should buy, to have a gallon available if needed. With Chryslers change to OAT type antifreeze, my antifreeze color did not match to what my research said it should be. According to Chrysler, I should have Mopar Coolant OAT 10 year / 150,000 mile (purple). Mine is not purple, but apparently coolant can change color over time and being a used car, no service records to verify. Can't mix HOAT with OAT type coolants, but there are two different colors of OAT, one a 5 year / 100,000 mile. Have not been able to determine if these tow types are mixable. Felt service manager should have been able to get me an answer, but he was clueless and said I would have to schedule an appointment. It seems to me that a service tech with any experience should know the answer and I even brought is a samples, but service manager couldn't take the time to get out of his chair and go ask someone who might know.
