The cars supposedly have a 180 point inspection. The interior was FILTHY and sticky. The oil change light came on a week after purchasing. The car had NO coolant in it. All my salesman was worried about was getting a good Google review.

Ok.....but carvana way better. No gas in car, needed oil change, and tires may have tk miles left if that. Will go elsewhere next time

Day of purchase was good. However the vehicle I purchased had a bad battery and I had to pay out of pocket for the battery within a week of purchasing the vehicle as my cehocle would not start. I spoke with a manager the day after I bought the battery and forwarded my receipt as well as the bad battery readout and I have not heard anything back in over a month to any of my requests for an update!

Purchasing process was smooth and quick. Easy to trade old car, and jump into a new one. However, I was promised a repair service (wheel refurbish or replacement) as part of the contract. It has been *2 months* and I still am without the repair that was promised in the contract. There was no timeline listed in the contract; hence, they feel like they can take their sweet time and blow me off every time I call to ask what the timeline is. Also, I received only 1 key at time of purchase. This was after papers were signed, but I was promised a second key. However, no one seems to have this on file and I have to pay for a 2nd key. Very frustrated with the after purchase service. I feel that once they have your money they no longer care about the customer.

A lot of bait and switch. Got a reasonable quote for changing the oil and doing a tire rotation on my well cared for low mileage Pacifica. But when I got home the service manager called me and said it'll cost an extra $175 to remove a cap because it was in a hard to reach location. I really feel it was total BS. The guy who gave me the estimate 'promised' the amount would be as he quoted around $80. Also SM gave me a ridiculous quote total of $480 to replace the brakes as well. Service manager even said if I could have them done elsewhere to do so. (Had them done at Brakes Plus lifetime guarantee for $99.) EP left a bitter taste in my mouth and won't recommend them or ever go there again. They are a very fancy new facility in Briargate here in the Springs and believe me I will be telling people to go to Brakes Plus instead or make sure you get a second opinion before committing to work on your vehicle at Echo Park.

The buying experience was great. Customer Service after is sub par. I have mixed matched tires on my Tahoe. I’ve been told by two different companies. A tire store and the dealership that by having different tires regardless if the sizes are the same could damage my four wheel drive. I asked the manager at Echo Park and they said it’s fine. Of course, my 90 warranty will expire soon and then there off the hook. I also was told by several employees at Echo Park that they inspect all vehicles. Be careful, my oil wasn’t changed or filters. When I had a mechanic look at my vehicle he informed me. So although you get great coffee and free car washes. Do your home work. I’m pretty disappointed.

buying the car was easy, everything after was hard. Loan docs were under wrong lender, issues with car so sent back to Echo to fix....three weeks later only a few items on the list were fixed. One item I was told was fixed was not, tint never replaced, scratches on rims not completely fixed. The person who helped me in the service shop was great but the vendors they work with along with a manager at ECHO were not. I had to take my car back to their vendor to get the speaker fixed and pay out of my own pocket for window tint Echo ruined and didn't get reimbursed,

I felt very pressure to sign the paperwork as soon as I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was promised that certain things on the car (small scratch, cleanliness, mark on steering wheel) would be addressed and corrected prior to the vehicle being released to me. None of this was done and the solution was to have me drive over an hour back to the dealership only to have the issues not corrected a second time. Would have rather paid more and had to deal with a real car salesmen if it meant I got the car in the condition anyone buying a new car should expect.
