Did not fill oil complete on oil change.

When I bought my used vehicle from them, they knew it needed a major amount of work and didn't offer me the warranty on it that they offer on all their other used vehicles. When I took it to them when the service light kept coming on they left us waiting in the customer service area for 3 hours while their tech went to lunch for one of the hours without telling us before it was worked on even though they pulled it into their work bay after which they charged $150 and never found the problem as the light still comes on after 2 years. They had also drained the transmission and then only partially filled it from the dip stick thus causing the transmission to majorly fail as it has 3 parts that need fluid. They offered to pay for half if they replaced the tranny. When we took it else where because we felt we couldn't trust them, they paid nothing.

Only buy a car from these people if you're planning to purchase the warranty. Without it, they won’t stand behind their vehicles after just seven days—buyer beware. I could go into more detail, but the bottom line is simple: with companies like this, the real cost includes the warranty. That “too good to be true” price? It’s how they get you.

I have had more issues with the Jeep I purchased from Echo Park than any other vehicle I have owned before. I attempted to have the shop fix some of the issues, but they told me it was a loose gas cap and disconnected my battery to clear the error codes. Total BS. I have poured $600 into repairs since purchasing the vehicle in October 2016. They are just another sleezy car dealership selling used vehicles they barely inspect. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them OR have them service my vehicle unless it is covered as a warranty repair.
