I would never trust this car dealership because they wouldn't honor my warranty for a repair when it was documented and I got there to have it fixed the odometer was over by 11 miles and they refused to honor the warranty even though the problem was already diagnosed. As a result I was screwed out of 550$

Left oil on my spark plugs!!!! Horrible!!

Bought a vehicle and the battery in it died the very next day jumped it to get it back there where they said it needs to have a slow trickle charge on it the battery is fine and I insisted that they replace it but they were not willing they said the battery was fine. The battery was holding a charge but it was slowly losing its power and in three more months the battery completely died and when I brought it to them they would not replace it because it was outside the 30 day warranty. I would never buy a car there again I thought the way they handled that was very poor customer Service and all over battery that probably cost them 100 bucks their cost. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place customer service was not great and no one return my calls on the matter and basically was told that I just need to buy a new battery after I just spent $21,000 on a vehicle.

Every time I go in to service my car for a new problem, when I just bought it. Then they want me to pay for any and all repairs...

Every single time I when to EchoPark to get my car serviced they would do such a terrible job. Each and every time they worked on my car I would leave with missing car parts or broken car pieces, worst of all they always want to blame it on their outside contractors that work in their repair shop.

Last year when I went to purchase my vehicle I drove for my office would 15 plus miles to their showroom having made an appointment to look at a 2006 car. When I got there even though I had made an appointment they did not have the car that I requested that a newer 2012 model. I test drove it but was not happy they did not have the car that I wanted in the showroom. Later the salesman brought the older model car out to me and we close the deal. The next day two lights came on in the car and I was very unhappy with it. The dealership refuse to do anything even though I now have learned that the FTC cooling-off rule did apply because the deal was done at my table and not the showroom. I ended up trading the car for one that was twice as expensive because there was no other vehicle then I wanted through the dealership. Had they refunded my money as they were supposed to have I would not have been stuck with a car costing twice as much as I had originally wanted to pay. I wish I had known about the FTC cooling-off rule when I first dealt with this unscrupulous dealership. Now it's been too long and I don't even want to get into it.

Originally thought it was a great company. But months into it. I realized how wrong I was. Not only did the transmission start slipping right away the sun roof on the jeep broke. They couldn't and wouldn't fix it. Had to take it to jeep dealership. Then found out I was 7000 unside down on it. After having it for only a couple of months. Rude people and scam artist. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

You could not adjust the transmission so I call back in about 9 months I was told my record could not be found and this lady would call me back. That did not happen so the car was repaired somewhere else. Do you I should return to EchoPark Automotive? Craig
