EchoPark specializes in customer service. I regularly take my 2007 Liberty to EchoPark for service. However, last weekend I notice I needed to replace a parking lamp bulb. Anywhere else, I would have needed an appointment and would have waited several hours. The Highlands Ranch EchoPark staff were, as always, very friendly and professional. They had the bulb and replaced it in about 10 minutes...at NO charge! What a great place! I highly recommend EchoPark. P.S. Great waiting area with coffee and it's fun to walk their lot and see their cars for sale.

Hands down I would recommend Echo Park, best buying experience I have ever had (and I am not getting paid to say this). For anybody wanting to get a good car , start here you wont have to run around and deal with a lot of BS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I have bought a lot of cars in my 60 years)

This was the 2nd car I have bought from echo park. Both times were very curtious, they let me test whatever cars I was looking for and did not pressure to buy.

No high pressure sales techniques. The salesperson allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself for several hours and even take it to another dealership where I wanted to look at a car. The vehicle I purchased was very clean and really looked like a new car. I love my 2015 Audi A4 and have had no problems.
