I was positively impressed on my first ever visit to EchoPark Charlotte. It was different because I first had to set an appointment. Everything went as planned since they did have me listed as an expected visitor. I met George Harris, who turned out to be a knowledgeable and attentive salesman. Upon my next day visit, I arrived back and found my selected vehicle was all ready for me to drive it off the lot. The deal negotiating stage was smoother and more non-combative than I had prepped myself to expect. When finished, we wrapped up a win-win situation.

We bought a car from Echo Park Thornton on 08/09/2018. We were giving a $3000 trade in, a month prior we were given a trade in value of $3500 but no car was available at that time. While the sale man was putting the paper work together he showed us what the monthly payments would be. I asked him if the warranty included he said yes He didn't ask if we wanted it so I said take it off we don't want it. He then quizzed us why we didn't want ( already had a Basic warranty left with 3 and half on original warranty). We asked about the Gap insurance which they also included without asking again we said take it off. He again quizzed why how long will you keep the car. Asked if we would go thru their lenders instead of Wells Fargo we said no. I had checked to see the availability of the car by email the sale man said a guest was looking at the car a short time later he wrote back and said they didn't take it. So if anyone deals with this dealership make sure you ask a lot of questions.

Cannot get Colo. license plates .CMV. Dept. says dealer did not submit all correct forms to allow me new days. So...I have to say Echo Park shoiuld have handled their business better. Not leave me hangin on my license plates situation.

A very nice experience all around. The sales representitive was very helpful and the entire setup of the dealership is geared towards a no pressure situation which is exactly what I wanted. A few things needed to be fixed on the car which the dealership addressed promptly prior to the sale being completed. Very nice environment inside the dealership, everyone was helpful and there were refreshments also, a nice touch. One star knocked off due to the washer fluid being empty and when I changed the oil the day I picked it up, it was a quart low; minor probs but it was something I was assured was solid when I asked about fluids being changed. Replacing the fluids is something I would have done anyway when I bought a new (used) car so I am not super upset about it. But for someone who is less mechanical, or has less inclination to do the work themself, it would represent a cost to have this done to a car they just purchased.

Tech forgot to do the oil change. They made it right with free oil changes.

Its been 5 months since I purchased my vehicle from Echo Park. I had to pay city tax even though I told them I didn't live in the city. I am still trying to get my money back for the city tax I did not owe. Everything else went great and I would recommend Echo Park, Colorado Springs to anyone.

They have been great throughout the process. Easy process as well.

Great service and when my hubcap fell off they replaced it with little wait time. It was hassle feel but one thing I would have loved was to have my car detailed after purchasing. Also my car was in Colorado Springs and it needed to get to Denver and it had about 200 miles more on if from what the paperwork said. Overall I am happy with my car.
